About Me
My name is Noelle Kelley, and I’m a fashion designer from New Orleans, LA. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Textiles, Apparel Design, and Merchandising from Louisiana State University, and currently work in the studio of Suzanne Perron St. Paul, a revered couture dressmaker.

At Suzanne’s studio, I construct and follow the intricate processes of couture dressmaking—an experience that has refined my technical skill and deepened my understanding of craftsmanship. It has also strengthened my commitment to designing under my own vision.
My work is rooted in storytelling and inspired by film, literature, and fine art. Before graduating, I completed my senior collection, Hemingway’s Fool, which explored themes of love, loss, and the Lost Generation. That project laid the groundwork for my personal brand, Stargirl—a reflection of the strength, femininity, and quiet rebellion that defines my design voice.
With each project, I’ve grown in precision, discipline, and creative integrity. I approach my work with care and intention, and I’m excited for what’s to come.
Stargirl is the embodiment of my own inscrutable journey upwards toward the stars
